The series of informal seminars taking place in DCU on Mondays and Tuesdays (12.00-1.00 in L.241) on contemporary subjects in Cryptography continue.
On March 10 2009 Luis Dominguez (CSI) gave a talk entitled “Implementing Cryptographic Pairings and the R-ate pairing” and on March 30th Naomi Benger also gave a talk entitled “On the minimal embedding field of pairing-friendly abelian varieties” (Authors: Naomi Benger, Manuel Charlemagne, David Freeman).
