Tom Dowling (CSI) was an invited speaker and panellist at the Irish Future Internet Forum, Dublin, which was held on December 3rd, at the Digital Exchange, Dublin, Ireland. The focus of the conference was to provide Irish academia, industry and funding agencies with opportunity to liaise on the Future Internet research area. This year a number of key speakers attended including Dr Jacques Bus, Head of Unit, Trust and Security, European Commission, along with other experts from South Africa, America and Brazil providing global perspectives in the area of identity, privacy, security & trust within a Future Internet context.
